Not long ago, Nokia’s latest multimedia computer, the
N95 started shipping in stores, and now, the Chinese have already come up with a clone for it. This time, not only did they not bother to change the design, but they didn\’t even bother to change the name and thus the handset is still dubbed the Nokia-N95.Well, there\’s a dash between the Nokia and the N95 if that counts for anything. What\’s very surprising and pleasing is the fact that even though the original Nokia N95 is one of the best and most advanced mobiles available on the market today, the Chinese manufacturers still managed to pull off a worthy clone. However, the Chinese N95 is in this case not a slider, as Nokia\’s original is, but a candybar, looking more like the N73.
While it\’s not clear what the phone\’s specs are, as in the case of this type of handset, they probably include a 2 megapixel camera (or close to that), a touchscreen with a QVGA resolution and most likely handwriting recognition. Also, from what you can tell from the photos, the handset seems to sport a second camera on the front side, which means it most likely has 3G capabilities.
What\’s to be seen is how much time it will take Nokia now to sue them over their clone, and in this case, as opposed to the Nokir 828, it\’s pretty clear that the Chinese manufacturers have borrowed at least the name, if anything from Nokia\’s multimedia computer. While there\’s no information on this phone\’s availability, it\’s a sure thing that it comes with a very low price tag.

OK guys, here I’ve found another mobile phone which is being made in Thailand, it’s the Nokia N97i mobile phone. The real Nokia Corporation has no connection to this phone and how, where and by whom it’s being made, but the fact is there are many people who already bought this cell phone and even many that were even happy.
Not sure about the parametrs for this phone, but definitely it has a 2.0 MegaPixel Camera.

What surprises me the most, is that I’ve found several type of Nokia N97i mobile phones during my research. The second version is a Special Gaming phone and is called Nokia N97i Gamepad, which is being actively sold in many countries, including Canada, Russia, Europe, etc. – and here’s a picture for that:

While in the previous post you saw that the N96 i model really exists and is being used by many people (though it’s not made by Nokia), here I have gathered some information about the real Nokia-N96 model.Well this time the truth is that so far there’s only a concept (so called Dreamed version of N96 series) and yet there’s no officially released version by
Nokia Inc. about this phone model.Anyways, below you’ll find some information on what people have imagined about this cell phone, how they’d love to see it looks like and even what specifications they’d love to see.
And here’s how someone imagined about the yet-coming phone model. You can find the same picture is being shown on the internet at many other websites, but I’m still not sure who’s the author for this. Anyways, this fan-made cell phone concept has also its specifications.
Nokia N96 Specifications:
- 8.5 mm, 7.1 megapixel camera and 20x optical zoom
- Symbian 9.5
- 3″ screen – VGA rezolotion
- Live TV – HDTV
- 8GB (internal memory I’m assuming)
- GPS
- Wi-Fi/Wlan
- MP3, MP4 Support
- Bluetooth, GPRS and more.
So the truth is that it’s only a myth, an imagination about the existance of the mobile phone Nokia N96 from nSeries.
I’ll be researching the net and the world and will put up new information once I have them, so stay in touch

After so many myths and reports about the mobile phone Nokia N96i, I decided to open a small website and reveal the truth about this model.Well there are many and many websites that claim different things about if this model is real or just a rumor, but the truth is that such a model really exist, or better to say a phone named
Nokia N96i really exist and it’s real.OK, for those who still ask theirselves the question if this model does really exist, here’s the answer provided as “It’s better to see once than to hear 100 times”.
Nokia N96i Pictures:
Surprised? – and yes, the answer is N96i model is there. But the only secret is that it is not planned, made and/or released by Nokia Inc. – it is made in Korea and China most likely and it’s a fake model. I heard how many people bought such a phone from China for $150-$300 USD and they were trying to find software and support for their handsets, but there’s no website, software, drivers or anything else for these phones.
And below there’re some specifications that this model comes with.
Nokia N96i Specifications:
- Built in 5.5 Megapixel Camera
- MP3, MP4 files support
- Bluetooth
- TFT 262,000 Colors Display (’2.4)
- Included in package: The Phone, 256Mb Micro SD Card, Wall Charger, Battery, USB Cable (The phone is also USB re-chargeable).
That’s it in fact, now you know that there is such a version of this product – or to say better there’s a phone that calls itself as “Nokia N97″, but it doesn’t have any connection with the original Nokia Incorporation.
